Sól

You dance on a summer meadow, bees buzz around you and birds fly above the sun in the blue sky. You are wrapped in a warm hug by a loved one as you both laugh. This is what Sól smells like, with notes of mandarin, plum and saffron, it's a scent you get swept up in. This candle was created to encapsulate the feeling of the sun, the magic we perform in the spirit and signs of the sun. Passion, progressiveness, love and playfulness are excellent focuses to have when working with this candle in ritual or other witchcraft that draws on the power of the sun. The name Sól comes from the Old Norse word for just sun. In Norse mythology, Sól, unlike other Western traditions, is of feminine energy. Sól and Máni are siblings and are hunted across the skies by wolves that will eventually devour them in Ragnarök.
