Shipping
After you have completed your purchase, we will send an order confirmation to your email. If you need to make changes to your order, you must contact us within 2 hours for the changes to be implemented. When your order has been shipped, you will receive another email with delivery confirmation. Our delivery times vary depending on public holidays and public holidays. Expected delivery time within Sweden is 2-5 working days.
Delivery of printed items such as clothes, tote bags and mugs takes place through Spreadshirt. Delivery is approximately 10 days to Sweden for these products.

Open purchase and Right of Withdrawal
When you shop via the Internet, the Consumer Purchase and Distance Contracts Act applies. This law protects you as a consumer when you make purchases remotely. The Swedish Consumer Agency has more information.
You have a 14-day right of withdrawal on all goods that are not specially made for the consumer. The item must be returned in the same condition as when it was delivered to the consumer. The customer is responsible for shipping costs in case of right of withdrawal and complaint. No right of withdrawal applies to digital files.
We do not have open purchase or exchange rights. You can always claim an item if it is damaged. In case of right of withdrawal, you must present a receipt that the item was purchased from us. Contact us and we will send you a cancellation form.
All fraud attempts are reported to the police and we reserve the right to cancel a purchase if fraud is suspected.
Currency & Prices
All prices in the store include VAT and are stated in Swedish kronor (SEK). Store prices apply unless otherwise agreed. We reserve the right to change prices without notice, depending on exchange rates, postage costs, overheads, etc. All orders are packed and documented before they are sent to the customer.
Safety
Always seek medical attention first before turning to metaphysics and crystals. The properties of crystals are not scientifically proven, if you feel unwell or are ill, consult a doctor first.
Payment
Payment is made by credit card or invoice. Occult Shop uses Shopify Payments. If you want to pay with Swish, please contact us to use it as a payment method.

Sale and promotion codes cannot be combined with other offers. You can use a promotional code by entering the code at checkout before paying.
Services and Digital files
In the case of a booked Tarot reading, the right of withdrawal applies from the day after the agreement was concluded. The right of withdrawal does not apply if the service has been performed. When purchasing digital files such as PDFs, there is no right of withdrawal if the purchase has been made.
