Loke is one of the Aesir in Norse mythology, but he was the son of the giants Laufey and Farbaute. With his wife Sigyn, he has sons Vale and Narfe. Perhaps he is best known as the father of the Fenriswolf, Hel and the Midgård Serpent, which he got together with the giantess Angerboda.
